    The Threehouse

I got some (un)professional help with my lines that night!

Good day everyone 🙂 Here are some loose and pixly pictures I somehow managed to get from Friday night. It started with some drinks at 4:40pm with my former boss and friend Ida and another colleague from Barcelona. I met them at The Threehouse, a really beautiful place I can recommend for drinks, lunch and dinner. http://www.thetreehousehotel.com.au/

Ambrose join us after work and we had a really great time before I had to leave for acting in Pyrmont. But when I was on my way back home later that night, Ambrose texted me and said he is still at The ThreeHouse so I went back. Apparently he met up with Natalia, John, Jessica, Lee and some Irish friend, and decided to continue the party with them. Anyway, I joind them and all I can remember is laughing until my stomach hurt for hours. Like always, unplanned nights are usally those that end up being the best nights.

    Priming in the morning

Good evening! I feel as I should be more tired but I have all this energy. Think its because I am more and more often starting my days with something called Priming. I have talked about this before, basically its 3 steps to be executed first thing in the morning, in order to set the “tone” of your day:

    Part One – Breathing exercise
Part Two – Thee X gratitude
Part Three – Three to thrive

I will try and explain all this in more details when I have more time! Otherwise Google “Tony Robbins – morning ritual”

Ambrose just came home with some camping stuff. We are driving to Snowy mountains for some hikes and to try and catch the snow during the Easter holidays. Crazy Australian chasing snow, where I come you try to hide from it hahaha!
No Im joking, I actually love snow, think it makes every scenery magical somehow. Here is such a cute picture from one of our road trips a couple of years ago. Ambrose had made a snowman (think his first snowman in his life) And he is so proud 🙂

    Bondi Beach RAdio

Started my day with an “interview” at Bondi Beach Radio as a volunteer because I cannot work at the moment.

Met my old friend Manisha at Gusto. As an old tradition I had coffee and their lovely homemade granola, greek yogurt, fresh berries and rhubarb. All we could talk about are when Hanie & Jasmin lived in Australia, the three of us ALWAYS went and sat at the bar at Gusto and had this exact same granola and coffee. Miss those moments…
Recommendation: If you want the best granola, go to Gusto at Bondi beach! Nobody makes it better.

How absolutely stunning are these! With a transparent long skirt…..Mama Mia!Came home late in the afternoon with groceries from my favorite shop in Australia and another big recommendation ; Harris Farm Market. I made a red Thai curry for dinner.

    You need:
    Coconut Cream
    Red Curry Paste
    Yellow onions
    Carrots
    Zucchini
    Mushrooms
    Bamboo shots
    Lychees
    Pineapple
    Jasmin Rice

    biiizzzziiii monday

Wow, I might actually been jinxing it when I yesterday did my voodoo prediction that summer is over! Shit how cold it was today when I went out. Even our apartment is freezing. It has been a busy day over here. Learning about shares and funds in the morning, gym, get groceries, organizing stuff at the bank, studying, answering emails for all the volunteering I’ve been contacting, big cleaning of the house, making dinner…….Now I am in bed with thick socks watching learning videos on portfolio’s. Sleep tight little pumpkins.

    Perhaps the last sunny sunday

    Hello 🙂
We tried our best to seize what might be one of the last sunny summer days before winter reaches Sydney. After a big breakfast we headed to first Manly to snorkel with some friends. That plan went to shit because of the crazy traffic. Second attempt, Clovelly! We drove around 40 minutes to get a parking spot. How we did? Well, a Sunday with sun in Sydney….not a fat chance in hell to get a spot! Right about when Ambrose almost wanted to turn around and drive home we decided to check out Bondi. And Yeay we got a spot so spent a couple of hours swimming, sunbathing and people-watching which was great. Not alot of time I get to spend time with Ambrose at the beach. Sure we are at the beach alot together but he is ALWAYS surfing and I get left there in the big waves on my own hahaha.
After we went for a walk at Rushcutters Bay. I never been there, such an pretty place for a picnic if anyone wants to have one of those. But hurry up, winter is coming to Sydney soon!

    Stockholm

Tried my best to take a picture of the sunset while we were driving. Did not make it justice..

Weekend so far. Friday night we drove to Newtown for Lez’s 30th surprise dinner. It was an Italian restaurant and we all enjoyed a 5 course amazing dinner. After we went back to their house where everyone continued enjoying all the whisky bottles he got for his birthday. I did not drink, decided to drive that night. But I tried Orange Wine at the restaurant, never had that before.
Today we drove up the coast since Ambrose needed to vote and had forgot to change his “voting address” or something After that we drove to visit Rachel and the best human being alive – Xavier. Had a sushi lunch with Anastasia and then a quick visit to see Ambrose dad. We went to see some apartments that are being built in that area, some of them look pretty nice. Who knows, maybe that’s where we buy…

I decided to spend the shortest amount of time on that awful thing that happened in Stockholm-my hometown, yesterday. And the reason is that I rather not spent any energy even writing about it. Why? Because I don’t even want those horrible people to be part of my site. I want this to be a place of positive, loving and kind energy. But I will say this, I spent half of last night texting friends and family, searching FB for “I am safe” status and I had a big lump in my throat. So far away from so many people that means the world to be, and that could be in possible danger because of some random loser. That was not a nice feeling. I cannot begin to imagine how those who lost a loved one yesterday must be going trough now. I just wish them peace of mind, maybe not today or tomorrow but as soon as humanly possible.

Here are some pictures from our weekend. Again, that Australian sky!

    Working with children check

Today I have been running around town like a maniac trying to solve what they call a ” Working with Children Check”. Its a check thing they do on you to see if you have no dodgy past so you can work/interact with children here in Australia. I think its a great idea, would not want it to be any other way with all the creeps, psychos and pedophiles running around BUT, did they have to be such complicated asholes when they do your check. I literately run in and out 3 times from that NSW Service office today because everytime I got back, they told me they needed some some ID proof or my name on my bankcard did not match my passport. Or my lease was not exactly the same as bla bla bla bla!!!
What was suppose to be an easy, fun in and out visit to the city turned out to be stressful as hell. I went in at 9:30 and did not come back until 4 in the afternoon. 4!!!
For this piece of, well its not even paper hahah, what should I call it…receipt.

Well its all good now. I sent out some mails to a couple of volunteering positions and got an kind of “interview” for Friday at 2pm. Yeay! And we finished the night by having some of Ambrose friends come by at night to help us finish the giant birthday cake. Still some left…..GAH!

My birthday surprise trip part II

    Sun in my face 🙂

      Huge breakfast at out AirBnB

    Crazy sunsets

    Siding Spring Observatory

Whitegum Lookout in Warrumbungle National Park

Here comes a hell of a lot more pictures from my birthday trip that Ambrose got me. And its a recommendation for sure. If you like nature, space, the milky way, stars and all that has to do with the Universe, planets and astronomy. This is your place to visit when in Australia. The one thing seriously missing is good food. The restaurants that were here was in this town is not even worth mentioning. Although it is just a small town so..

Okey now back to my studies! NLP here I come.
