Breakfast at the marina
We just came home after the long drive. Well its not that far but at least 1,5 h from the restaurant where we had Daniel’s birthday dinner. More about that tomorrow. I’m about to get to bed after a very hot shower, just wanted to show you how great the marina restaurant looks after they renovated it. We had breakfast and coffee here which unfortunately was not the best. But still, a really beautiful venue and think its a great place to come and have a coffee and just enjoy the boats parked in the marina.
Hopefully everyone enjoyed their weekend

River 1st birthday party
Yesterday was such an good day! We drove to the coast to celebrate little River’s 1st year on this planet 🙂
Jacqueline and Wade had organized such an beautiful little picnic by the ocean at Shelly Beach.
Everything was beautiful and so well done, think I’m going to hire Jacqueline for our child’s birthday party 🙂People were dressed up as animals which the children ( and I ) loved. The only weird one was Wade’s costume..That was one creepy papa bear so I had to have a couple of pictures with him to show you. He was even shocked himself that the children were not crying out of fear when they saw him.
Thank you guys for having us on River’s special day! After a couple of hours we were sent home with homemade cupcakes and we finished the day with a BBQ at the house and then whine by an open fire. Beautiful day.

The Theater bar at the end of the wharf
Last night I met up with Ida, Ninnie and some girls from their office for a last night together before Ida fly back to Barcelona. I had a great time, even though I felt really sick all day I did not want to miss this dinner.
Ida messaged me that she would like to meet here, at a place called The Theater Bar down on wharf 4. Its at the Dawes point if you are ever around its pretty great. The atmosphere though, Cant say the same about the food unfortunately.
At the end of the night me and Ida walked over the bridge all the way back to North Sydney, night walks are so relaxing.

Pizza & acting
Just back home after a really fun acting class. I don’t know if its because I spent the last 2 days home being really sick or whatever is going on but I laughed so damn much at all the others acting today. Every scene we practiced I thought was the most fun thing that ever happened to me. Tragic but true..
Anyway, now back to Netflix and Pizza! (and trying to multitasking by learning my lines)
Sleep well and remember to give your some autosuggestions to your subconscious mind 🙂 🙂 🙂

Subconscious mind obsession
So today I found out a little something about myself. I found out that my absolute, without a doubt, number one interest so far in life is…..Our subconscious mind. I know maybe its a bit bizarre but if you look into it, read, listen and just google it for a while (or like me, obsessing since 8am this morning) you might find it fascinating as well. How can you not!? It governs like 95 % of our well, everything! Ahhggg, I just cant get enough haha
Okey here is a little something I’m studying at the moment that’s worth trying out;
about around 20 min before we fall asleep, that is THE most powerful time that we can influence our subconscious mind. If we look at this trough the point of brainwave activity, as we are shifting to a sleep state, we are going from a Beta – awake state to an Alpha – relaxed state to a more Theta – the state right between being awake and asleep, and then to the Delta – which is the sleep state. And as we drift into these state of sleep what ends up happening is that we have more affect over our subconscious mind.
Spend these last 20 min of your day conditioning what you want to create in your life. Its not strange, its just facts. How you behave on a habitual matter becomes your character and your beliefs. One of our subconscious mind’s job is to show us, prove to us, manifest experiences in our lives that resonates with our core beliefs. Sooooo if you want different results, different experiences then spend the end of your days “suggesting” another more desired outcome or experience for yourself. For your life.
Whatever you think about this. What IF this actually works. What IF this is how its done. And we thought it was to wacky or weird to try out.
While writing this it just came to me why I am actually so obsessively interested in this. I keep thinking of myself at the end of my life, and regretting not trying this out.
I am going to prove to myself that this is how its done.

Sister 2 Sister
So yesterday was my first day volunteering, and I freaking loved it. I mean, it was nothing more than a normal workday for most but after all these months in my situation, it was pretty great to be out there.
The people working there, the atmosphere, the colorful office, it was part of why I felt so good. Mostly I think I am happy that when I now finally found a volunteer place, it for a cause close to my heart – young girls.
I did have a fever,my throat hurt every time I swallowed and my neck was in so much pain by the end of the day BUT I powered trough and went enjoyed every minute of it.This is the vision of Sister 2 Sister:
The SISTER2sister program is a unique year long mentoring & risk management program designed to empower ‘at risk’ teenage girls to turn their troubled lives around. It is an early intervention program that addresses the deeply entrenched intergenerational problems in our disadvantaged youth, and focuses on the core underlying issues, starting with the lack of a stable positive role model.

Andy’s 30th
We started with a couple of G&T at Bart and Kali’s before heading ( 3 hours late ) to Andy’s part in Woolomolo
In Australia you have to force down a whole large beer while people stand around you watching and cheering you on!??….don’t ask me why. I’m often very confused over here.
Saturday night and it was Ambrose friend Andy’s 30th birthday. Im not gonna lie, we were pretty exhausted from the wedding the night before but sometimes its just; get into the shower, but on lipstick, a dress and force your tired feet into yet another high heals and just…well celebrate! It was really fun, I met alot of people who knew Ambrose and I was actually so proud ( for a lack of a better word) that Ambrose is such an loved person. I have not yet found anyone saying anything bad about him, not once! Well, except for me that is HAHAHA. No but honesty, that’s a pretty cool thing.

Monica & Lachlan’s wedding♡
Here we are getting ready for the wedding at our place. Its not easy getting these people into one decent photo! Except Kali, she is helpful and gets it 🙂
Waiting outside the church for it all to begin.
Hannah was one of the bridesmaids and I think everyone agrees that she looked like a movie star! Pretty Hannah, inside and outside.Us with Bart & Kali. Ambrose is the best man to Bart on their wedding in December.
People always say the bride is beautiful bla bla bla but Monica was honestly one of the most perfect prides I’ve seen. Everything from the dress, the hair and make-up was spot on! Everyone was swarming her wherever she was hahah. Guess its the life of a bride ( for one day at least)
Lebanese wedding….if you want to sum it up in one world it definitely; FESTIVE. I loved the drums! Told Ambrose while we were dancing that we are definitely having a couple of those amazing drum-men at our wedding for sure!
350 guests and most of us were dancing all night. There is something about Arabic music that makes you happy. I don’t understand a word ( except “Habibi”) but its one of my favorite kind of music to listen to.My handsome amore♡
All sweaty from dancing we went out to get some air, explore this beautiful venue and pose for pictures 😉
Waiting for our Uber at the end of the night. Monica’s (the bride) father gave me one of the huge centerpieces from the wedding. All white flowers are my favorite so I was pretty excited.
End of a wonderful night. Thank’s a million to Mon & Loc ♡♡♡
This is what happens when you have a lift made of mirrors and you are still hyped from the crazy Lebanese wedding!!
