Sunday in Manly
Spent a couple of hours in Manly last Sunday. My friend Kimberly had her sisters over from Brisbane so she asked if I wanted to join them for lunch in Manly. The bus took almost an hour and it was packed but it was worth it once i got there. Beautiful beach stole, Delicious lunch, crazy market and best of all, great company with the girls!
We had our lunch on a balcony with a spot on view as you can see.On the way back home we all took the ferry. Which turned out to be what EVERYONE else in Sydney was doing at that moment! Big crowds is a big no no. We survived as you can see in the last pictures, got some spots outside the ferry and took pictures of this pretty city. And of our self’s of course 🙂

hanging out with the lizards
Let me tel you something about living here in Australia. You cant be a wuss. You have to be a cool chick. One of those weirdos that “hangs” out with lizards and other creeps. I became a cool chick this Saturday. Well I dared to look at them and I touched one. That as much coolness I’ve got in me.
Ambrose brother Leonard has a small village of these lizards and some snakes as well and on Saturday they were feeding and bathing them as we happened to be up the coast, so that’s why I suddenly hang around deadly animals.I don’t care what anyone says, I don’t enjoy to be around them even though I know they are harmless. But one this is really funny about these animals. So they keep all the females apart from the males, and when they get them out to clean their cages, the male sometimes spot the females, and they wave. They actually wave to the ladies to get their attention! Kind of like a sleazy” Oh hey baby girl, what are you up to ?;) “. hahaha I find that amazing, so funny.
Rest of our Saturday was less dramatic. Birthday lunch and then we went looking for apartments to buy. This one maybe?
If you want more information about our lunch-spot, Gnostic Mana Cafe’, you find it here here

Putumayo – Brazilian Cafe’
Lately I have been listen to this obsessively! So I wanted to recommend it here if anyone likes to have some background music. It works perfectly for dinner, studying or working.
I have never ever been able to enjoy music when I work or study. This is actually the first piece of music that actually makes me more creative. That is why I felt I have to share it.
Enjoy. xxhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cv_Y0sG5ETM&t=1144s

Creating your life on purpose
Everyone who knows me do know that I am passionate about discovering ways to get the most out of life.
I do believe we have more power than we have been led to believe.I do believe that we are here such a short time and to me, not at least trying to go for your success is absolutely tragic. Whatever that success might mean to you.
I will use this place as a platform to share with you things that I learn.
So here we go.Here is a list that I came across yesterday. I call this list – Creating My Life on Purpose -.
Its main aim is to, metaphorically speaking, empty you “cup” (your life) of all those blockages that is of hindrance to you. And then fill that “cup” with what do benefit you in order to get to where you want to be.– Creating My Life on Purpose –
1. What is it that I want to achieve? Be specific on one goal.
2. Why do I want to achieve this goal? What does this mean to me?
3. What kind of person do I need to become in order to achieve this goal?
4. Identity what limiting beliefs and blockages I currently have within. Things that are not in alignment with my goal.
5. Use exercises that are for releasing these blockages.
6. Re-Program my mind with new beliefs.
7. Repeat step 6 until the new beliefs becomes a habit. -
Reveals
Me back in Sweden with those two little people I miss the most
Who is your best friend?
I have 2, my sisters, Hanie and Jasmin.
After them I have 4 very very close friends who I would not trade for anyone. What’s your biggest regret?
I really don’t believe in regrets, I mean, whats the use? Its not like we can do anything about it now. But, if I have to say one thing it would be that I did not start with spirituality and all what that entails earlier in my life.Whats your biggest extravagance?
Hmm, don’t know actually, must be something with traveling. Or those amazing hotels we stayed in. Or restaurants…hahaWhen was the last time you were embarrassed?
Yesterday when I asked someone if they needed my help with something and they politely said no.
I’ve made this weird agreement with myself to actually do exactly those things I dread and am embarrassed about. Because, really, who the f***’* cares!?!What is your type?
Beautiful on the inside and out. Kind. Generous. Makes me laugh. Supportive. Respectful. A Gentleman. When did you last lose your temper?
I think it was a couple of days ago at home when I tell Ambrose I am freezing. And he replies, “no, its not cold”…
I mean…what!?
Okey maybe I did not “lose my temper” but that was such an annoying reply.Who owes you an apology?
Nobody.Tell us a secret?
We are moving in a couple of weeks. Yep, that’s the kind of secrets I have at the moment. Tragic..What is the biggest misconception about you?
That I am rude or not shy.Who do you miss the most?
Emilia and Alexander, my nephews.Whats been your biggest life lesson?
That we create our own reality.

Bungan Beach
Well this is how I choose to spend my morning. How about the rest out there!? 😉 Seriously, why dont we wake up earlier and watch sunrise more often. Easier said than done, I know, we all love our sleep but its such a good feeling. I must do it more often.
The reason why I did it thus time is because Ambrose and Heath were going for a surf, and they always go super early because they need to get back to work. This morning I decided to join them….at 5am…ZzzzzzzThis place is called Bungan beach and its about 30 min drive from North Sydney. My only warning if you go to this beach is a horrific, very very steep hill you have to walk on your way back. It was not nice for me. I seriously need to go to the gym because that was though!
Rest of the day was spent at my new favorite place – Sister 2 Sister. I got alot done today actually, both work there and also personal stuff that I will talk more about another time.
We even managed to squeeze in some after work drinks which I have not done in ages so I had a really really great time. Blessed that my colleagues are such a fun bunch.
Crazy enough, at the place we were at, Li’ll Darling in Surry Hills is were my old housemate and friend Adrian works as a chef. I have not seen him in about three years so that was a great surprise. We decided to get together, all of the old group for a dinner in 2 weeks. Cant wait!Enjoy the pictures and I see you back tomorrow. xx

Snaping away
Monday and I’ve got some of the things from my To Do List done. I read somewhere that its bullshit that we all NEED 8 h sleep. I’m thinking I should just do 5 or 6 hours and get more time. Easier said that done but worth trying.
So far I finished my morning exercise, met up with my friend Katharine for breakfast. She has her own business back in China and is only here to invest in a house. I really enjoy talking to her because she has some very good point that I have not thought of before.
I think its beneficial for us as humans to interact as much as possible with people who are outside our own demographic. Older or younger than yourself, different cultures, people with background completely unfamiliar to ours.Over breakfast we discussed Chinese medicine and how Western medicine are so much about a “quick fix”. I have for some time now used acupuncture for the pain in my neck after I was in a bus accident and Katharine was explaining more in dept about how the Chinese has been using this method for thousands of years. They aim to solve not only the pain, but also the reason behind the pain. In other words, treating The Mind, The Body and The Soul.
We are meeting up again next Friday, I am getting some help and ideas on owning and running your own business. More on that later. I need to do some more brainstorming before I have a clear idea I can talk about here.
I’ve spent most of the afternoon researching and I definitely have more knowledge now. God, what did we do before The Internet!? It makes everything so much more easy for us. We kind of don’t have any excuse anymore…Aaannnddd Nnnooooowww, from super deep to the ultimate shallow – Snapchat. My neck is in so much pain, can hardly move so I am testing out all the latest “faces” on Snap and harassing my friends back in Europe.
Life is all about balance hahaha
