Our Australian Partner Visa got Granted

Our first weekend as a “normal” couple. Very happy and very exhausted

I have been away. away for a very long time now. And I know that the proper thing to do is to apologize, like I have so many times before in here. But you know what. This time I really needed some time to sort out our Australian Partner Visa once and for all ! And I did ! Our Australian Partner Visa got granted ! So many exclamation points !!!!

But they are all valid, because I cant even begin to explain how exhilarating and relieving we felt when Maja, our case officer email me and said that she had now granted our Partner Visa.

I emailed her to let her know that this was probobly one of the best emails Ambrose and I received. Ever. She did not reply back hahaha. But who cares. I am no longer a mail-order bride ( Ambrose stupid joke) I am now a resident of Australia.

And that is pretty cool.

2 long and exhausting years are now just a memory. Maybe I am being a bit cocky now but I don’t think many couples could make it going true this whole partner Visa process. All I know is that Ambrose and our relationship is totally worth it and I have never been more in love in “us” as a couple before.

March 8th, 2018. That is the day Australian Immigration granted our partner visa. I was sitting at a cafe´in Barcelona with my sister. It was raining. I will never forget that day.
