Staying in

Hi.
I’m just about to go to bed but thought I write something before I go to sleep. I have stayed inside all day, done nothing, and just tried to get back to well, myself. These last few weeks with the heart, all the Dr visits, the emergency it all drained me somehow. I had some kind of attack while walking home from the grocery store. I could feel my body shaking from the inside, I felt anxious and my heart felt like somebody had his hand inside my chest and was playing with it. Weird explanation I know but it freaked me out. Anyway, this feeling did not go away and most of that afternoon I had by heart beating so hard I thought it was coming out of my chest. Luckily Ambrose came home. He was suppose to go to Matt’s bux party but decided to skip it to stay with me.
That’s why I did not write anything yesterday and just rested all day today. Cant think of anything else to do and hopefully it helps.
