breath
I learned this exerciser from Anthony Robbins whom I admire. This is how he starts his day. This way he “sets the tone” of his day. Listen up folks;)
- taking a quick shower, swapping with first hot and finishing off with ice-cold water.
- doing some kind of exerciser to get your heart rate up.
- Here is the breath practice he uses: 4 fast inhales true your nose, followed by 4 fast exhales true your mouth (lips shaped like a duck). Do this for about 3 minutes.
- sit in a quiet place, think, see and feel for a couple of minutes of that you are grateful of. Importance here lies in FEELING.
- Finish it of by visualizing one situation you’d like to see manifest throughout your day.
Keep doing this for at least 30 days. This breath supersize is, according to Robbing scientifically proven to boost your joy, health and energy level. This kind of stuff has been known for centuries. I just find it tragic that we have not got on board this kind of stuff earlier, speaking mainly for myself hahaha
I choose to use one of the pictures from www.hanievaladiphotoghaphy.com because well, first its amazing, second because this photo of the leaf remind me so much of our lungs in the body! Right!?

New years resolutions
Its a new year so why not a new fresh start. Never before have I had any N.Y resolutions. In 2017 I will aim for:
– Finding my base in Sydney. I have been moving around for way too long and always having my stuff half unpacked because I moved from one country to another. Stockholm, Barcelona, Sydney, Mudgee. This time I will fully unpack, create a fresh new circle, enjoy my local cafe, restaurant and bars. And just be.
– Only buy and save clothes and other possession I really DO use. Everything else goes to charity or the bin.
– Start volunteering in a field close to my heart. I am not allowed to work during this partner Visa process and due to my neck. But volunteering I can and will do!
– Wake up earlier in the mornings.
– Make local friends! 🙂 Sounds tragic but its true. Majority of my friends live oversees so its up to me to create new relationships with the locals.
– Making a living from my own business. And alot of it too! 🙂
– Be more open and generous. To those around me, from my closest friends to those I only maybe meet once or twice. I have often heard that I am very “closed” as a person and my friends say that I suck at sharing about myself and my life. I want to end that and start to be more open about myself. I’ve already used Ambrose as a guinea pig, trying to be 100% open with him and clearly I’m good at it 😉
– Starting acting classes again. Did this for years growing up and its my favorite thing to do. And I am good at it.
– Use this great outdoorsy country to try out, do and learn more. There are sooo many things to do here in Australia that I did not have the same access to living in Sweden. Surfing, rock-climbing, diving, dancing or whatever there is.
I want to learn those stuff. Maybe not be a professional but I at least want to try new thing out. Who the hell wants to die before experiencing how it feels to be inside one of those “tunnels” those surfers go true!?! And there is a big big BIG chance that I actually never get to be in a tunnel. But I know myself, and I will be pissed off if I did not try.– Be happy. Enjoy the seemingly “small” things. Letting go of things – FAST.
– Be authentic.
– Put myself first. Not in an egoistic way but I know now that I have to work on myself in order to get to that position to be able to help others. That’s just a fact.
– Truly understand and live by this ;

Home Alone
Hello dearest! Its the day before Christmas (at least where I come from) and I have never EVER had less Christmas feelings..
I am trying to explain to Ambrose but he doesn’t get it. Guess Christmas traditions are those you grew up with, of course I get that BUT, I miss the snow, smell of gingerbread and mandarins, the coziness. I miss riding pulka (whatever that is in English!?) and then come back in with frozen toes and drink hot Glögg and hot chocolate. I miss wearing those ugly oversized thick socks. I miss Christmas decorations and lights and I miss the when you get up to pee in the middle of the night and you suddenly see the big three filled with tingly stuff and nice shimmery lights. And I miss my family 🙁Next year we are definitely spending Christmas somewhere warm and cozy, with my family. Ambrose promised me that.
Its not that we are not going to spend it with family, we are! And its going to be great. Its just that here there traditions are so weird (well,to me haha)
Its mangoes and lobster. Its BBQ and party. Its picnics and worst of all…they go to the beach. On Christmas. Suck!
If you make the decision to not be at home for Christmas and instead fly away with your family to somewhere warm, then fine! I get that! But this is there way of Christmas. Forever!hahahaha oh God I’m such shit 🙂 Okey I stop and instead spread some holiday joy by being grateful for our apartment starting to look more and more like a a home instead of just moving boxes!
I’m home alone. Cant even remember last time that happened. Ambrose had hid work Christmas party and straight after, Christmas party in the city with all his friends. First everything was fine, even watched a movie which almost never happens. But now I miss him and want him to be back already.

We’re on the road again…
Making future plans over a Thai lunch
And just like that, Stockholm turned into Mudgee, Mudgee turned into Woy Woy, and Woy Woy turned into North Sydney:)
We looked at it Friday, said yes then no. Decided to take it during breakfast with Tim & Mia this morning and Monday we move in! Fast decisions. Love it.
Its so strange though that here in Australia you need to buy fridge and washing machine. I think its included in Sweden, maybe I am wrong? My mum said that its the same in Persia. Its like that in most countries I guess. Just coming from a country such as Sweden you often forget or take for granted the good stuff they actually offer their citizens. Unfortunately what they fail to offer is, I guess life quality. And sun ☀hahahaHope people out there have a less stress filled day….My God its alot to organize in a move!!!

A place worth calling home
Just look at this place! Wow. We have been inside alot of apartments. Alot. Moving often, Ambrose work, Right now we are searching for a new home in Sydney. And yesterday we walked in this beauty 🙂
I absolutely love seeing this, when an architect done a little extra and not just made an apartment or house, but instead created a place with genius little “extras” that makes you go Wow! That’s talent.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 10th floor with this “glass box” attached to the master bedroom and also the living room. Its in North Sydney so it would be wonderful for Ambrose to just be able to walk to work in like 5 min. Its 800 m from Crows Nest, an area I love, Vibrant and full of cafe, bars and restaurants.
After walking in this apartment we wanted to move in straight away. And then we got to see the rooftop pool, gym and lounge area…….
I could live here:)

Golden heals
Today I found these beauties. Golden and everything! Cant wait to wear them with my new gold choker and maybe a white dress. My new black heals just felt edgy and kind of an complete accessory on its own so I had to get them too. Best is that they are comfortable, well at least for the first couple of hours of the night 🙂

Candy
Cant stop thinking about candy. Swedish candy, not the crap they have over here. Well, maybe its not crap BUT it is nothing compared to what we have in Sweden. Good old “Lösviktsgodis” Mmmmm!!
Started the day with one of Carla’s classes. She had raised the room temperature as usual for these classes and it was Hot! I was slipping away on my mat, Have to get one of those non-slippery mats but I’m still unsure if I will continue taking her classes or not. I cant wait until my neck is fine again after all this rehabilitation time and I can go back to all the things I loved. Unfortunately right now everything I do hurts!
Anyway, going to start coking with the indigence from these boxes that were delivered to my door today. Well, Ambrose will do the cooking, I don’t think I will be any good at this.
