back in Sydney after an amazing wedding in Byron Bay
Hi! Just a quick hello before I get back to what I was doing, watching cartoons in bed. hahha. I need it, its been a couple of hectic but beautiful and memorable days in Byron Bay. We just got back to Sydney after an 8 hour long drive. Puh! Our friends Bart and Kali got married last Saturday up in Byron Bay. And what a wedding!! They had one of the best weddings I’ve ever been to.
Congratulations guys, and thank you for organizing such an gorgeous wedding. Everything was just…well perfect.I have a some photos to show you. For now, my apologies but this blurry one will have to do. Here I am on the dance floor with one of the bridesmaids, Amy, Mia and the best man of course, my beautiful man Ambrose.
As I said, much more (and less blurry) pictures from Bart and Kali’s wedding, and well, the whole long weekend in Byron Bay maƱana. Sssooooo tired now. xx

New Balayage hair
Good morning, just a quick hello to show you guys how my hair turned out. I am very very happy with the end result! It was definitely worth the four hours at the salon. My new hairdresser was named Joe and he was amazing. Bear in mind my old hair; dark brown roots, red/brown in the middle parts and the ends, platinum blond. Yes it was a mess which is why I know Joe knows his stuff! Its not easy turning hair like that into this beautiful balayage. So thank you Joe.
Okey that’s it. Not much more I have to say. I just came in here to write about my new balayage hair. Not superficial at all…..
Back to my peppermint tea and washing clothes. We are leaving for Byron Bay tomorrow so want to be backed and ready. If Ambrose manages to get the Thursday off, we will be leaving in the morning instead of afternoon. That would be preferable. See you guys later.xx________________________________________

Finally booked an appointment to the hairdresser in Sydney
Detoxing days. Breakfast when you don’t really have anything and throw together whatever you can find in the fridge
My Hairdresser team back in Sweden. I finally booked an appointment to the hairdresser in Sydney
Good evening everyone. I just got out of the shower, drinking a peppermint tea, about to move into bed for the night. Tomorrow I am finally getting this crazy hair of mine done! A couple of days ago I booked an appointment at a new salon for a balayage, cut and blowdry. I am thinking to lighten up the roots and the rest I am having ashy blond. Also, I just though about the fact that I will most likely sit in the hairdressers chair for around 5 hours (this is how crazy long it usually takes to get my hair done !) So I better buy some lunch to eat while I am in there.
Ambrose wanted to try a new detox and I am going to do it with him. You eat normally (well try an d be healthy as much as possible of course) but you stop eating at 4pm. It’s like a fast-detox if you will. Some health guy at his work recommended this so we wanted to give it a try. Why not!?
Alrighty then! See you guys tomorrow with my new hair. I realize nobody but me cares, but still haha. xx

Celebrating Nicolas Birthday with a picnic and paddle boarding
Love this picture of Anastasia, Leggs and Harper
Anastasia, I and the birthday boy Nicolas
Some of us are clearly not dressed for paddle boarding….
The Entrance Beach
Today we went to Canton Beach to celebrate Nicolas birthday. We did that with a picnic and some paddle boarding.
That is what he wanted and I was all for it, I love paddle boarding and picnic. The whole family was there, well the immediate family.
I am still not 100 % recovered so tried to stay in the shade as much as possible. But I could not stay away from the paddle boards! I want to get one for us, they are such relaxing and fun activity. Perfect for a country such as Australia were you have so many months where the weather allows you to be outside. It an investment the way I see it haha. After a couple of hours we wrapped it up. Me and Ambrose were not ready to go home just yet so we got some take-away coffee’s and drove to The Entrance. There is apparently an ocean pool eight by the beach there that we wanted to check out. Unfortunately it was not all that impressive. Iceberg down at Bondi Beach still wins in our opinion.
Now after a shower, grilled sandwiches in front of David Attenborough. Well for me at least, just looked up and saw that Ambrose has fallen asleep <3
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

How much Christmas feelings can you have when lying at Avoca Beach?
How do I get freckles ??
Just came back after a lovey day at Avoca beach. As you know I have not been out much for the last couple of days because I’ve been sick. So I was extra excited to go for a swim in the ocean. And a tan is much needed! After a couple of sick days you tend to turn completely pale in the face.
Before we left this morning I had some fresh turmeric, Vitamin B complex, Fish Oil, and some thing Ambrose bought with Vitamin C and Olive Leaf. Nothing left to chances haha. For some reason I don’t have any pictures from Avoca beach nor from our giant breakfast board we ordered after the beach for brunch. That is why all you guys get is this snap picture of me with freckles. To have freckles has always been a dream of mine. Ever since I was a child I admired the people in school who had them. Weird and unnecessary fact you did not know about me haha
Also wanted to show you guys this picture my mom sent us the other day. She woke up to this magic – first of snow in Sweden! One of my absolute favorite days. Can only be described as magic. After a while you tend to get really really tired of it. BUT the first day, or the first couple of weeks of it, its like a magical fairy land.
The reason why I even brought this up is because today its a Swedish group that organized a traditional Swedish Christmas Buffet’ at Bondi Beach.
I really wanted us to go, but honestly, how much Christmas feelings is there when its 29 degrees sunny outside. Not complaining…..just saying you know!?Now we got to drive andĀ find a birthday present for Nick. For his b day tomorrow we are going paddle boarding. Love paddle boarding.
See you guys then.xx -
Shopping in Sydney
Gooooodddd moooorrrniiing.
I woke up not feeling great. My trough hurts and whenever I swallow its this pain in my ears. After driving Ambrose to the train I went straight back to bed with a hot tea. I haven’t been able to sleep but I have forced myself to stay in bed for a couple of hours to rest. Modern Family have been keeping me company.
The last couple of days I have actually been shopping a bit. As much as I dislike shopping I must say, Sydney has amazing shopping. My favorite type of clothe to shop for is, and has always been dresses. I found a couple that I liked. What do you guys think? Any of them that you think I should get. The white sparkly one is beautiful. I love white and I love bling so I think that one I have to buy. The powder-pink dress (looks white but it’s actually pink) I found in David Jones and I fell in love. The fabric, the cut, the thin straw-strap. Exactly right in every way!
And then we have the first one. The long super sparkling dress. I did not even look at it, the sales girl brought it to my dressing-room saying this would be perfect on me. I think its a bit too much and not something I usually wear. So I don’t know about that one.Now I have to jump into the shower and try to get myself together. I am driving down to the office in Surry Hills. We have our big Ball event tonight for Life Changing Experiences Foundation. I am going to drive in earlier to help out. After I am meeting Ambrose at the even at 6pm.
I have been drinking lots of tea, water and some herbs to try to feel better. Hopefully these resting hours in bed with Modern Family did the trick.
We were going to spend the night at Marney’s after the event, but I think the its best to get back to the house tonight. I want to be able to rest as much as possible so I am healthy for our Byron Bay trip next week.
You guys take care and have a nice day š

How to increase your productivity and performance – step by step
Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs – Successful people to model
Today, as I was on the train back from my volunteer work, I came across a bunch of articles on Productivity & Performance. I find everything on how to improve yourself and how to be the best version of yourself very interesting.
If we are not evolving, progressing, learning, then whats the point?
Productivity is simply : get more done successfully with less effort. It was a whole lot of reading therefore I have just taken out some of the main points from what I’ve learned:– Have a set time-frame and a clear plan. This will increase your chances to actually reach your goal.
–Ā Your goal must be specific and clear. And you must know WHY you want this goal to manifest. When you know why you want something, that will amplify your motivation and assist you to take necessary actions.
– Look over your daily habits. What are those small Rituals you have everyday? Are they benefiting you or are they driving you away from your goal? An example could be to set out a specific time for checking social media. This way you wont unconsciously waste your time and will instead gain more time to complete actions towards your goal. Another example is to put the clothes you are going to wear the night before. This “habit” or “ritual” will overtime save you hours in the mornings. Have you ever wondered why many successful people tend to wear the same outfit over and over? Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Obama, Steve Jobs. Read more about this HERE.
Next is a quick and relatively easy way to productivity and performance is often spoken of by Tony Robbins….
– Modeling. Robbins is over and over recommending people who want to get the most out of life to Model” other, already successful people. Find one or a couple of people you admire. Famous or not and study their behavior. How do they speak, how is their physiology. Do they spend alot of time choosing what outfit to wear in the morning? Will they snooze or wake up early to get more time to get to where they want. Are they willing to study and try to learn from people who know more then them or not? Do they spend a couple of hours a day scrolling true their phone, watching what others are up to?
– The last point I want to make is one from tony robbins.com. It is something he calls “chunking” and I will definitely start using this method in my life. Simplified chunking is: taking everything we have on our ” To Do Lists” and divide them into chunks, depending on where they belong. For example one for relationships, another for work/career and the third for health.
According to Tony once you have chunked these together it is easier to see what result you want.
I especially got motivated to start with TonyĀ“s chunking after reading this ;“When you start thinking of your to-doās as clusters of desired outcomes, youāll keep stress at bay and learn to focus on your greater goals, rather than getting overwhelmed of the minute details. Why? Because you will start to feel inspired, rather than forced to follow through. And when you feel so inspired by a purpose, youāll come up with a more effective action plan to get there.”
Have a lovely day.xx

Last steps in our Partner Visa Process and changes to morning rituals
Hello hello, Thought I come in quickly to say hi. I have been sitting most of today with the requests from our immi contact person Maja. Our Partner Visa is being finalized, just need to send in the last steps in this whole process. So I have filled in all the documents, sent them in (requested) and paid for police clearance check from the Australian, Sweden and Spanish Police authorities. Next, I have filled in my medical details, printed and scanned everything they asked me for (copy of passport etc ) and booked myself in for a full Medical Examination. Next Thursday 11:30 AM and I have never been more excited to do a health check and do blood test as I am now! If they let me I would go in an get it over with in the middle of the night.
It felt pretty great checking “NO” in all the boxes. Of course because being in perfect health is the ultimate blessing. But honestly, all I could thing was I don’t want to deal with all the additional documents and checks that would be required if I would for example have diabetes! On a whole different subject… I have mentioned before that I have a set of Rituals (you can read more about them HERE). For instant, one of them are : To get up early in the morning, before 6 am. Anyway, what I wanted to explain was that it is not so much WHEN you wake up, but more how you effectively USE that extra time you get by waking up earlier.
I’ve changed my morning rituals a bit, and because of some small changes, I now feel that I have managed to be done with alot of my “tasks” sooner then before.
For example, 1. don’t talk on the phone at all in the mornings, I don’t even open my email or anything. 2. I do my reading/studying of NLP with a cup of coffee at a cafe as soon as I drop Ambrose off at the train station. 3. After studying, I go straight to the gym and have breakfast after. By changing the order of my Rituals, I am done with all this before 10 am which is great. Then I am free to do all the things on my ” To Do List”, such as dealing with Visa stuff etc.
