Night time routine

At night we have as a routine that Ambrose put Mathéo to bed. Mainly because he can smell my milk and that makes it so much difficult to get him asleep.

That is at 7pm. After I give Mathéo his night feed Ambrose takes him and I do my own little routine. I lit some candles, I have always loved candles though. And then I make myself a chai tea with almond milk. I usually dont have much appetite for “real” food so this is my dinner. I always laugh because it looks so posh and romantic. It is not. hahaha. I slice a pear, smear blue cheese on, prosciutto and some almonds on top. So simple but so tasty!

And then I look at an episode of The Big Bang Theory. I love Sheldon, not so much the rest.

Then I go to bed. We both go to bed early because Mathéo is going through his 4 months sleep thing AND he is just getting his first tooth! My little love, so much going on in his life right now.

Looking forward to this weekend because we are going on our first family trip. We are visiting friends in Mudgee. And on Saturday the plan is to go to Dubbo Zoo. Cant wait to show Mathéo all the animals.
